We love sharing with you the pleasure for Haute Cuisine, by guiding you to the discover of new delicacies and flavours.
That is the reason why we have created the Chef for a Day initiative, which includes collective or individual cooking lessons.
During the lessons, Chef Fabrizio Reffo and his staff will guide you with all of their passion and experience, step by step, in the preparation of a selection of dishes on the menu.
At the end of the lesson, each participant will be able to taste the dishes prepared and will receive as a souvenir a hat with the "Chef for a day" logo and a photograph with the Chef.
The Cooking lessons are reserved for a limited number of participants who will engage in the preparation of a series of dishes from our menu.

The lesson has a price of €80,00 per person
Upon request, individual cooking sessions with the Chef can be organized for €150 per person.
